Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Strong preference for internal promotion from AGM with training.
• High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in a supervisory role, preferably in a service-related business.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong planning, organizing, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent decision making and conflict resolution skills.
• Enjoy fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid change.
• Desire to develop their team and continue their own development.
• Must manage time effectively to reach objectives.

Responsibilities

• Ensures cost categories (food, labor, cash, controllable expenses) stay within guidelines and budgets.
• Drives sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service and food quality.
• Maintains adequate staffing for all days and parts.
• Prepares crew member and management performance appraisals.
• Handles hiring for crew, shift leaders, and AGM positions.
• Coaches and councils staff to achieve certification and performance levels.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and sanitation compliance.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Keeps restaurant environment safe and reports needed repairs.
• Ensures preventive maintenance for equipment and facilities.
• Delivers excellent guest service and handles complaints to build repeat business.
• Provides feedback to area coach via daily calls and weekly meetings.
• Manages turnover through effective hiring and training.
