Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a single Taco Bell unit, ensuring clean, hospitable, and efficient operations while delivering high standards of quality and service.

The RGM will supervise and train staff, manage costs, schedule shifts, and maintain compliance with all regulations. You will role model professional behavior and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role, preferably in a service-related business.

Responsibilities

• Controls costs (food, labor, cash) per guidelines and budgeted levels.
• Drives sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service and food quality.
• Maintains adequate staffing levels for all days and shifts.
• Prepares and conducts crew member, shift manager, and assistant general manager performance appraisals.
• Performs hiring for crew, shift leaders, and assistant general managers.
• Coaches and develops team to certification and performance levels.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and sanitation per guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Ensures a safe environment for employees and guests; takes corrective action when needed.
• Ensures preventative maintenance and reports repairs to maintenance and area coach.
• Delivers excellent guest service and handles complaints to foster repeat business.
• Provides timely feedback to the area coach on operating results.
• Manages turnover through effective selection, training and positive culture.
• Prepares food as needed and handles cash register duties.
