Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass background check.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Reliable private transportation required.
• At least 3 years of General Management in food service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Hire and develop Taco Bell Restaurant Team Members and Shift Managers.
• Schedule and deploy staff to meet business needs.
• Address performance issues and manage the restaurant budget and financial plans.
• Develop training plans and conduct new hire orientation.
