Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a single Taco Bell unit, ensuring a clean, efficient and profitable operation. You will train staff, respond to guest needs, and role model strong service and operating standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and maintaining quality, speed, and hospitality across all shifts. A strong emphasis on financial controls and compliance supports ongoing performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Strong preference for an internal promote who has completed all required learning zone training and certifications.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Possess a minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role, preferably in a service-related business.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Have open availability and the ability to work flexible hours and all shifts as needed.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Comes to work with good hygiene.
• Has reliable transportation and able to arrive to work on time.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach and train employees.
• A positive, friendly, and courteous attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensures cost categories including food, labor, cash and controllable expenses are controlled to guidelines and budget.
• Works within the restaurant to drive sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service and food quality.
• Maintains adequate staffing levels for all days and day parts to meet scheduling requirements.
• Prepares and conducts crew, shift manager, and assistant GM performance appraisals.
• Performs hiring for new crew, shift leaders, and assistant GMs.
• Coaches and trains team to expected certification and performance levels.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and organization per sanitation guidelines.
