Taco Bell in Ohio is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead daily operations of a unit. You will supervise staff, manage costs, ensure food quality, cleanliness, hospitality and service speed, and model strong leadership behaviors.

The role requires hands-on management, training, scheduling, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards while driving guest satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Strong preference for internal promote who has completed training and certifications.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Possess a minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role, preferably in a service-related business.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Have open availability and the ability to work flexible hours and all shifts as needed.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Comes to work with good hygiene.
• Has reliable transportation and able to arrive to work on time.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach and train employees.
• A positive, friendly, and courteous attitude.

Responsabilités

• Controls cost categories including food, labor, cash and expenses per guidelines and budget.
• Drives sales growth by improving speed, food quality, and overall guest experience.
• Maintains adequate staffing for all days/parts.
• Prepares and conducts staff performance appraisals.
• Performs hiring for crew, shift leaders, and ASMs.
• Coaches and trains team to required certifications and performance.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and follows sanitation guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Maintains safe environment for staff and guests; initiates corrective actions.
• Ensures preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities; reports repairs.
• Delivers excellent guest service and handles complaints to promote repeat business.
• Provides timely feedback to area coach on operating results.
• Manages turnover through effective hiring and training; fosters positive work environment.
• Involved in food preparation as needed and handles cash register/money.
