Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
• 6+ years in Revenue Growth Management, commercial strategy, finance, sales, category management, customer planning, analytics or related roles.
• Experience with bottler/franchise execution preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day RGM interface among RGM Center, CCSWB Franchise Leadership, and customer teams.
• Lead RGM support for Southwest annual planning and Joint Business Planning, including opportunity sizing and execution milestones.
• Manage 1–2 customer call points from an RGM perspective relevant to CCSWB.
• Translate national System Health strategies into Franchise-specific priorities and Bottler execution plans.
• Own in-year performance stewardship and track performance vs plan.
