Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, commercial strategy, finance, sales, analytics, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of OBPPC, pricing, route-to-market, and system economics.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and present fact-based recommendations to senior leaders.
• Experience in highly matrixed, franchise-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day RGM interface among the RGM Center, CCSWB Franchise Leadership, and customer teams.
• Lead RGM support for Southwest annual planning and Joint Business Planning including opportunity mapping and execution milestones.
• Manage 1–2 customer call points from an RGM perspective relevant to CCSWB.
• Translate national System Health strategies into Franchise-specific priorities and Bottler execution plans.
• Own in-year performance stewardship with gap identification and contingency actions.
• Partner with Bottler to identify local opportunities, risks, and execution gaps.
