• Lead South Region Integrated Execution alignment and readiness across the full portfolio and categories for priority NRS customer plans.
• Translate top customer strategies into clear system execution requirements while preserving accountability.
• Steward execution frameworks (ESH, 7Cs, PICOS) across customer, franchise and bottler teams.
