The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director, RGM Franchise Execution Southwest in Plano, TX. You will connect RGM Center, Franchise Leadership, and Bottlers to translate enterprise strategies into local, executable plans and manage 1–2 customer callpoints from an RGM view.

Lead annual planning, forecasting, and in-year performance, partnering with Bottlers to identify opportunities, risks and contingencies while driving cross-functional alignment and disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, commercial strategy, finance, sales, category management, customer planning, analytics, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of OBPPC, pricing, route-to-market, and system economics.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and present fact-based recommendations to senior leaders.
• Experience in highly matrixed, franchise-based systems.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary day-to-day RGM interface among the RGM Center, CCSWB Franchise Leadership, and customer teams.
• Lead RGM support for Southwest annual planning and Joint Business Planning, including opportunity mapping and financial waterfalls.
• Manage 1–2 customer call points from an RGM perspective relevant to CCSWB.
• Translate national System Health strategies into Franchise-specific priorities and Bottler execution plans.
• Own in-year performance stewardship, identify gaps, and track performance versus plan.
• Partner with Bottler to identify opportunities, risks, and execution gaps; act as Voice of Bottler in center-led strategy.
