Ideal candidates have 7+ years in marketing or proposals, strong writing and editing skills, and proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and related tools. This role emphasizes teamwork, sharp execution, and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.
• Experience supporting RFQ/RFP processes in a technical/engineering firm preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ/RFP responses and support all proposal activities across divisions.
• Co-manage proposal schedules, document development, and coordination to meet quality standards.
• Create templates and manage working drafts; assign tasks and responsibilities for sections.
• Schedule regular progress meetings with contributors to ensure timely response development.
• Develop compliance checklists and tracking for content development and accountability.
• Prepare content from SMEs; adapt marketing materials as needed for proposals.
• Perform desktop publishing tasks for readability and presentation of information.
• Coordinate submittal/delivery of responses and assist with third-party uploads.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal/Contract, BD to align rate sheets and document review.
• Support weekly Capture Management and Opportunity reporting with up-to-date opportunity tracking.
• Maintain and update firmwide content libraries and Teammate resumes.
