Job summary

ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking a Digital Transformation Consultant to lead RFP strategy and elevate proposal development. The role requires steering end-to-end RFP processes, shaping go-to-market decisions, and ensuring flawless execution across Sales, Product, and Implementation teams.

The ideal candidate has deep RFP strategy experience, capture management, and sales enablement, with executive communication and strategic vision to align RFP efforts with growth objectives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in pre-sales or complex solution software consulting.
• Experience managing RFP cycles and enterprise buying dynamics.
• Executive-level communication and presence; strong program management instincts.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join engagements during RFP responses, pre-sales demos, and discovery phases.
• Shape the narrative around productized solutions and best practices.
• Guide executives from “custom ask” thinking to scalable adoption.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams.
• Maintain involvement through solution alignment and scoping; does not own system configuration.
