This leader will manage end-to-end proposal development and own our RFP strategy—ensuring we pursue the right opportunities, differentiate responses, and consistently win.

The ideal candidate is a senior professional with deep expertise in RFP strategy, capture management, and sales enablement, capable of shaping go-to-market decisions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in pre-sales, enterprise discovery, or complex solution software consulting.
• Experience managing RFP cycles and enterprise buying dynamics.
• Executive-level communication and presence.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RFP response process end-to-end from discovery to proposal.
• Own RFP strategy and go-to-market decisions to differentiate responses.
• Shape narratives around productized solutions and best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams.
• Guide stakeholders from custom asks to scalable adoption.
