Job summary

ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC seeks a Digital Transformation Consultant to lead RFP strategy and win-rate improvements. You will own end-to-end proposal development, shape go-to-market decisions, and align RFP efforts with growth objectives. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to differentiate responses, manage discovery, and ensure flawless execution across pre‑sales activities and engagements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in pre‑sales, enterprise discovery, or complex solution software consulting (ECM preferred).
• Experience managing RFP cycles and enterprise buying dynamics.
• Must possess sales nuance and/or strong program management instincts.
• Executive‑level communication and presence with stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join engagements during RFP response, pre‑sales demos, and discovery phases.
• Shape the narrative around productized solutions and best practices.
• Guide executive stakeholders from “custom ask” thinking to scalable adoption.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams.
• Involves solution alignment and scoping, but does not own system configuration.
