Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Digital Transformation Consultant to lead RFP strategy and the end-to-end proposal process. You will own the strategy, differentiate responses, and drive win rates through capture management and sales enablement.

The role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to align RFP efforts with growth objectives and ensure flawless execution in a hybrid Phoenix, AZ environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in pre-sales, enterprise discovery, or complex solution software consulting (ECM preferred).
• Experience managing RFP cycles and enterprise buying dynamics.
• Strong sales nuance and/or program management instincts.
• Executive-level communication and presence.

Responsibilities

• Engage during RFP response, pre-sales demos, and discovery phases.
• Shape narratives around productized solutions and best practices.
• Guide executives from custom asks to scalable adoption.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams.
• Oversee alignment and scoping without owning system configuration.
