Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a strategic Digital Transformation Consultant to lead our RFP function and align it with growth objectives. You will own the end-to-end proposal process, shape go-to-market decisions, and drive flawless execution with senior-level stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in RFP strategy, capture management, and sales enablement, and can operate both strategically and hands-on to win opportunities. Hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in pre-sales, enterprise discovery, or complex solution software consulting.
• ECM software experience preferred.
• Executive-level communication and presence required.

Responsibilities

• Join engagements during RFP response, pre-sales demos, and discovery phases.
• Shape narrative around productized solutions and best practices.
• Guide executive stakeholders from custom asks to scalable adoption.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams.
