Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to support the CCM High Mix production floor on the 3rd shift in Andover, MA. You will train test operators, troubleshoot test equipment, and analyze production failures to prevent recurrences.

The role requires a STEM Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in RF testing, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government clearance (U.S. citizenship required). Onsite work with a 12% shift differential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RF testing equipment experience preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD clearance
• U.S. citizenship required for clearance eligibility

Responsibilities

• Support production testing on the CCM High Mix line on the 3rd shift
• Train test operators and troubleshoot test equipment and hardware
• Analyze defects and identify trends to prevent future failures
• Maintain and improve test procedures across the production floor
