Job summary

RTX is seeking a Test Engineering role to support the 1st shift on the CCM High Mix production floor. The candidate will train test operators, troubleshoot equipment, and analyze production data to address failures. A transferable U.S. government security clearance prior to start is required.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Test Operators, Quality and Process Engineering, and rapid problem solving to maintain high-yield testing operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with RF testing equipment.
• Ability to obtain Interim Confidential U.S. government security clearance before start date.

Responsibilities

• Support production testing on the 1st shift production floor.
• Troubleshoot test equipment and production hardware; analyze data and inspect assemblies.
• Identify defect trends and collaborate to resolve issues to prevent reoccurrence.
• May participate in new test set builds.
• Coordinate test equipment between internal customers.
• Maintain and improve production test procedures and contribute to process improvements.
