Job summary

RTX is seeking a test engineer to support the 1st shift on the CCM High Mix production floor, training operators, troubleshooting test equipment, and analyzing production failures.

Requires a STEM degree and 2+ years in a related role, plus the ability to obtain Interim Confidential clearance. You will collaborate with Test, Quality, and Process Engineering to resolve defects and improve procedures.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with RF testing equipment.
• Ability to obtain Interim Confidential clearance prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Support production testing with Test Operators and cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot CCAs by data analysis and visual inspection.
• Identify defect trends and coordinate timely fixes.
• Assist with new test set builds and test equipment coordination.
• Improve production test procedures and integrate process improvements.
