Job summary

The role requires a STEM degree with 2+ years of test engineering experience and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance. RF test equipment knowledge and LabVIEW experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in STEM and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of prior Test Engineering experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Design to ensure test readiness and issue resolution.
• Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) including test procedures aligned with product specs.
• Partner with Test Equipment Engineering to define and improve test hardware and software.
• Support production testing, troubleshoot issues, and manage hardware under test and test equipment in manufacturing.
• Evaluate non-conforming material and perform RCCA activities.
• Lead cycle-time improvements, ergonomic risk reduction, and cost reduction using CORE and data-driven decisions.
