RTX is seeking a Test Engineer for the Andover, MA area to support production testing and test system development. The role requires RF expertise, creating test procedures, and collaboration across Operations and Engineering to ensure readiness.

The candidate should have a STEM degree with at least 2 years of Test Engineering experience and must be able to obtain a U.S. government security clearance. This is an onsite role with a shift pattern and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) is required.
• Minimum 2 years of prior Test Engineering experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance is required.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure test readiness and resolve test issues.
• Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) and test procedures aligned with product specs.
• Define and improve test hardware and software with Test Development Engineering.
• Support production testing and troubleshoot issues in a manufacturing environment.
• Evaluate non-conforming material and perform RCCA activities.
• Lead cycle-time improvements, ergonomic risk reduction, automation initiatives and cost reduction.
