RTX is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer for the Microwave Automated Factory in North Texas. You will work in an ISO Class 8 clean room focused on RF microelectronic packaging and SMT, collaborating with product, quality, reliability, and manufacturing teams to solve manufacturing challenges end-to-end.

The role requires a STEM degree with 2+ years in automated manufacturing, familiarity with military standards, SPC/DOE, and strong technical writing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) required.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Experience navigating military standards and engineering data packages (drawings) is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support the Microwave Automated Factory in high-volume, high-mix production with on-site responsiveness to equipment, process, material, and product problems.
• Support assembly processes involving automated epoxy component attachment (die attach) and cure.
• Collaborate with product, quality, reliability, and manufacturing engineers on product manufacturing.
• Develop and implement materials, processes, process improvements, and production support using SPC, DOE, RCCA and material analysis.
• Evaluate materials, equipment and processes and interface with suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Spend 8+ hours per day in a clean room following ESD procedures.
