Job summary

RTX is seeking a mechanical/manufacturing engineer to join the RF Head Factory team for production of microelectronic assemblies. This onsite role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

It offers a 3rd shift with a 12% pay differential and focuses on process improvement, cycle time reduction, and defect prevention. Responsibilities include translating design requirements into formal manufacturing process documentation, programming for manufacturing

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (Citizenship required).
• 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate engineering design requirements into manufacturing process documentation.
