Job summary

RTX in North Texas seeks a Process Engineer to join a multi‑disciplined team focused on RF microelectronic packaging and SMT. You will work hands‑on in a cleanroom environment, solving problems with cross‑functional engineers and applying SPC/DOE/RCCA methods to improve materials and processes.

You will collaborate closely with product, quality, reliability, and manufacturing teams, tackling new projects daily while maintaining ESD and cleanroom procedures to support high‑volume production.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with automated machines used in manufacturing.
• Experience navigating technical requirements within military standards and/or other engineering data packages (i.e. product drawings).

Responsibilities

• Support microwave automated factory in high‑volume production and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with product, quality, reliability, and manufacturing engineers on manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement materials, processes, process improvements, and production support using SPC, DOE, RCCA and analysis.
• Evaluate materials, equipment and processes and interface with suppliers to resolve issues.
