Job summary

RTX in North Texas is seeking a Process Engineer to support the Microwave Automated Factory in high-volume, high-mix production within a cleanroom environment. You will work with product, quality, reliability, and manufacturing engineers to improve materials, processes, and production support using SPC and DOE methods.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience, plus familiarity with automated machines and military data packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with automated machines used in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with military standards and engineering data packages.

Responsibilities

• Support the Microwave Automated Factory in high-volume, high-mix production in a cleanroom environment.
• Develop and implement materials, processes, process improvements, and production support using SPC/DOE/RCCA techniques.
• Collaborate with product, quality, reliability, and manufacturing engineers on product manufacture.
• Evaluate materials, equipment and processes and interface with suppliers to resolve issues.
• Spend 8+ hours per day in a clean room environment and follow ESD procedures.
