Sage is seeking a RevOps Business Partner – XDR to enhance GTM operational effectiveness across the United States and Canada. This hybrid role requires three days per week in a Sage office to partner with cross-functional teams.

You will work with XDR leadership to shape strategy, support BDR/SDR performance, optimize pipeline generation and qualification, and drive best practices for scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in revenue or sales operations within a SaaS organization.
• Experience leading RevOps across multiple geographies (USA/Canada).
• Deep knowledge of XDR/inside sales processes: lead mgmt, pipeline gen, ABX.
• Strong data analysis with data-driven decision making and reporting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the strategic vision for the XDR organization with GTM leadership.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing to optimize pipeline and qualification processes.
• Lead the XDR Squad to align Enablement, RTR, Marketing, IT and other teams.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: lead management, quota distribution, territory planning.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports for pipeline health and ROI.
• Conduct pipeline reviews and forecasting to identify risks and opportunities.
• Drive data hygiene and scalable processes across the XDR org.
