You will own regional pipeline forecasting, drive quarterly business reviews, and shape strategic initiatives across GTM functions.

Qualifications

7+ years in an analytical, strategy, or operations role at a high-growth SaaS company, with at least 2+ years of direct people management.
Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and mobilize cross-functional resources to drive outcomes.
Deep Salesforce proficiency with reports and dashboards; advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop global xDR Operations, aligning KPIs, processes, and systems across regions.
Drive AMER xDR strategy and provide analytical guidance to leadership.
