Sage is seeking a RevOps Business Partner for the SIA team to support GTM leadership across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success. This hybrid NA-based role focuses on translating executive priorities into clear operating mechanisms, building AI-driven and CRM-enabled processes, and delivering insights through dashboards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on expertise with CRM platforms and GTM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clari, Outreach, Salesloft).
• Proficient in BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) for pipeline analytics and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue, headcount, capacity, and quota modeling for budget and forecast cycles.
• Develop and implement in-house AI tools and select external vendors.
• Uplevel CRM/reporting framework from a RevOps perspective and build actionable dashboards.
