Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a RevOps Systems Architect to build a modern, AI-powered revenue operations stack. You will function as both a Salesforce administrator and backend developer, owning platform administration, automations, and integrations, including Salesforce MCP and AI tooling connected to CRM.

You will work with the engineering team on larger projects, design data pipelines, and ensure GTM processes are efficient and scalable.

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce administration experience with deep familiarity across object model and platform configuration.
• Proficient in Apex development: debugging, custom logic, and integrations without heavy external help.
• SQL proficiency for complex joins, aggregations, and pipeline logic.
• Systems mindset to trace end-to-end processes and anticipate impacts of changes.
• Interest in AI-native systems and intersections of Salesforce, MCP, and AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce org: object model, data architecture, user configuration, and platform health.
• Build and maintain automations via Flows, Apex, and custom services powering GTM processes.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling extending CRM into AI workflows.
• Design and maintain SQL-based data pipelines for dashboards and revenue reporting.
• Translate business problems into technical scope from stakeholder discussions to implementation.
