Homebase is seeking a Lead Revenue Operations Specialist to own major RevOps initiatives and potentially manage a portion of the tech stack. You’ll drive multi‑team projects, coach teammates on AI-enabled workflows, and partner across Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Finance to scale with speed and precision.

You’ll design scalable processes, optimize forecasting and capacity planning, and lead data visibility efforts with strong cross-functional collaboration and project leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations or related GTM operations role.
• Strong Salesforce expertise; able to design scalable processes and automation.
• Familiarity with GTM tools and how they connect with the broader tech stack.
• Proven ability to scope and lead projects end-to-end with cross-functional partners.
• AI tooling familiarity to streamline RevOps workflows.
• Exceptional communication and leadership across teams.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to the shared ownership of Salesforce—driving adoption, design, automation, and scalable integrations.
• Support the implementation and administration of the GTM tech stack and build scalable connections between systems.
• Lead design and development of processes for forecasting, capacity planning, and GTM performance management.
• Scope and lead cross-functional RevOps projects with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Analytics, and Finance.
• Drive roadmap for data visibility and reporting with business leaders.
• Ensure project management with stakeholder alignment and timely delivery.
• Coach GTM stakeholders on AI-enabled workflows and tools.
• Advise on funnel strategy to improve conversion and velocity.
