Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Revenue Operations Business Systems Manager to streamline our business applications and ensure full adoption across GTM teams. You will ensure solutions are aligned with revenue strategy, enhance processes, and promote growth using AI-powered capabilities.

The role requires leading system enablement, collaborating on integrations, and supporting the Salesforce team to meet revenue objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM Operations and System development or consulting.
• 3+ years experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and related ecosystem.
• 2+ years of Gainsight or CSP experience preferred.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills.
• Familiar with Agile development and change management.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic vision and delivery of systems to meet goals and outcomes.
• Drive adoption by identifying usage gaps and coaching users.
• Develop AI-powered solutions to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Translate requirements into documentation for development and testing.
• Lead system enablement and create user training plans with Enablement Team.
• Collaborate to identify integrations with other applications.
• Provide flex capacity to Salesforce team with detailed discovery and coordination.
