Descrizione del lavoro

Modern Treasury is seeking a RevOps Systems Admin to own our revenue systems—Salesforce, LeanData, Chili Piper, HubSpot, and beyond. You’ll tackle a backlog of structural work and daily operations that power our GTM motions.

You’ll partner with the RevOps Ops & Analytics Lead, design data models, and ship changes with fast sign-off. AI-enabled automation and collaboration with Engineering will be daily parts of the role.

Competenze

4–7+ years building and maintaining Salesforce and a broader GTM stack (LeanData, Chili Piper, HubSpot, Hex, or equivalents).
Hands-on with Salesforce and end-to-end GTM workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Able to own execution and propose day-to-day designs with fast sign-off loops.
Strong communicator who flags status and risk proactively.
Comfortable working autonomously with a stack that’s evolving in the coming year.
Familiarity with AI tools and applying automation to GTM processes.

Mansioni

Build and maintain fields, flows, validation rules, and layouts across Salesforce.
Draft routing and workflow configurations across the stack, with GTM sign-off on nontrivial changes.
Lead execution on major system redesigns: account hierarchy, data model, lead routing, customer lifecycle.
Identify repetitive, rules-based GTM workflows and automate them with Engineering.
Use AI tools daily in your build process and validate outputs.
Handle requests from Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, ensuring data cleanliness.
