Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in GTM Operations and System development or consulting (ideally post-sales functions)
• 3+ years experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and related Support/Success ecosystem
• 2+ years of Gainsight or CSP experience
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Familiar with Agile development and change management

• Own the strategic vision and technical delivery of the systems under your purview to meet company and departmental goals
• Drive adoption of applications by identifying usage gaps and coaching users
• Develop and implement AI-powered solutions to boost productivity and efficiency across GTM tech
• Translate business requirements into actionable documentation for developers and testers
• Lead system enablement and collaborate with Enablement Team to design training plans
• Identify and implement integrations with other applications in the ecosystem
• Provide flexible capacity to the Salesforce team with discovery and coordination to enable fast delivery
