Job summary

Synack seeks a RevOps Systems Lead to own the architecture, implementation, and ongoing refinement of our go-to-market stack. This hands-on, full-stack role partners with RevOps leadership and operations to deliver scalable, high-velocity systems and clear documentation.

You'll evaluate tools, manage vendor relationships, and drive data quality, access controls, and adoption across the GTM ecosystem, including Salesforce and modern tools like Clay, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Clari, and LeanData.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior RevOps Systems IC role at a B2B SaaS company or top-tier consultancy.
• You've built and scaled RevOps systems from scratch, not just inherited them.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience and fluency across modern GTM tools including Clay, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Clari, LeanData and have a track record for learning and adopting new tools.
• Strong understanding of data models, enrichment workflows, account scoring logic, and automation architecture, including hands-on experimentation with AI automation.
• Exceptional written communication and async-first work style
• You're calm under pressure, push back when needed, and always look for ways to fill the gap
• Salesforce Admin Certification

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of RevOps systems and processes
• Own the health, access, and integrity of our GTM stack on a day-to-day basis
• Partner closely with GTM leadership and RevOps to align systems with strategy and support the broader team
• Coordinate across Data, RevOps, and Finance to drive alignment and unblock delivery
• Lead the strategy for RevOps system documentation and enablement, taking full accountability for adoption
