Job summary

Topline Pro is seeking a Senior RevOps Systems Manager to join our Revenue Operations team in NYC. You’ll own the GTM tech stack, aligning HubSpot and related tools to scale our go-to-market motion across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

This high-ownership role requires decisive, autonomous leadership to design, document, and optimize systems, drive data-driven insights, and partner across teams to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a systems administration or GTM operations role.
• Deep admin-level HubSpot expertise; certifications strongly preferred.
• Track record of building and improving GTM systems, not just maintaining them.
• Strong analytical instincts: know what questions to ask of the data.
• Comfortable operating with autonomy; document findings and communicate proactively.
• Experience partnering across Sales, Marketing, and CX at a fast-moving company.

Responsibilities

• HubSpot Administration & Platform Ownership: serve as senior HubSpot administrator and structure new hubs.
• Tech Stack Ownership & Strategy: own GTM stack end-to-end, including integrations and data flows.
• Process Design & Insights: turn business needs into scalable system solutions.
• Troubleshooting & Cross-Functional Partnership: diagnose cross-system issues and translate requirements into technical solutions.
