Job summary

NScale is seeking a Strategic RevOps Lead to build and own the GTM data engine in a fast-growing environment. You will align sales, marketing, and customer success data, implement a core GTM stack, and drive predictive pipeline models to remove bottlenecks.

You will coach a team of ICs, develop repeatable processes, and enable the sales org to scale without breaking the infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience building RevOps engines and aligning GTM data across sales, marketing and customer success.
• Strong skills in predictive pipeline modeling and forecasting.
• Ability to design and automate workflows to remove bottlenecks in the GTM process.

Responsibilities

• GTM tech stack architecture: evaluate, select, and implement core tools ensuring seamless data flow.
• Predictive pipeline & forecasting: build data-driven models and provide leadership with visibility into revenue.
• Friction removal & automation: optimize quote-to-cash and automate repetitive tasks to free up time for selling.
• Territory & routing design: analyze data to define equitable, high-yield territories and routing.
• Performance dashboards: create real-time executive dashboards for quota, win/loss, and capacity.
