Job summary

Scale AI is seeking a GTM Architect, Enterprise to own the operating systems, measurement, and engagement model powering Scale AI’s enterprise revenue motion. You will partner with Enterprise Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Solutions Engineering to drive predictable growth.

This senior role combines strategic guidance with hands-on execution, with a path to building and leading a GTM/RevOps team. You will influence senior leaders and shape compensation, cadence, and metrics across

Qualifications

8–12+ years of RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Strategy experience.
Experience supporting complex enterprise sales motions in high-growth B2B SaaS.
Proven ownership of sales systems, forecasting, and performance measurement.
Experience designing enterprise sales compensation plans and reporting.
Strong GTM metrics knowledge and operating cadences.
Ability to influence senior sales leaders without direct authority.
Excellent written and verbal communication; executive materials.
Familiarity with GTM tools (Salesforce, Clari) and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve Scale’s enterprise GTM operating model and engagement standards.
Design and manage the enterprise RevOps systems stack to support scalable growth.
Define, track, and operationalize core GTM metrics across pipeline health and velocity.
Establish and run sales operating cadences including reviews and forecast calls.
Partner with Sales Leadership and Finance on compensation plans and quota governance.
Build executive dashboards and reporting for GTM decision-making.
Act as strategic partner to Enterprise Sales leaders on coverage and engagement.
Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Solutions Engineering.
Support annual/quarterly planning including territory design and headcount.
Ensure data integrity and operational discipline across all GTM motions.
Operate as senior IC with path to leading a GTM/RevOps team.
