Topline Pro in New York City is seeking a Senior RevOps Systems Manager to own the GTM tech stack and bridge Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will lead platform architecture, define configuration standards, and drive end-to-end system health across tools.

Ideal candidates bring deep HubSpot expertise, a proven record of building GTM systems, strong analytical skills, and the ability to operate autonomously while partnering across teams to scale our revenue engine.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a systems administration or GTM operations role with ownership across a full stack.
• Deep admin-level HubSpot expertise; certifications strongly preferred.
• Track record of building and improving GTM systems, not just maintaining them.
• Strong analytical instincts for data-driven decisions.
• Comfortable operating with autonomy and proactive communication.
• Experience partnering across Sales, Marketing, and CX at a fast-moving company.

Responsibilities

• HubSpot administration & Platform Ownership across hubs (e.g., Service Hub).
• Own platform architecture: pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, properties, permissions, reporting.
• Set standards for configuration, documentation, and maintenance as the business scales.
• Lead GTM tech stack ownership, integrations, data flows, and system health.
• Evaluate tools with structured analysis and clear recommendations.
• Identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities before issues arise.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Partner with RevOps leadership to drive lead-to-revenue process improvements.
• Troubleshoot cross-system issues and communicate findings clearly.
