Job summary

Dreamdata is hiring a hands-on RevOps Manager in New York to own core GTM systems with a strong focus on architecture, automation, and integrations. You’ll build scalable workflows, manage HubSpot, and ensure clean data across Marketing, Sales, SDR, and Customer Success as the company scales globally.

You’ll report to the COO and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and CS to translate GTM needs into reliable, scalable solutions. A data-driven mindset and experience with SQL are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HubSpot administration (workflows, objects, lifecycle, routing)
• Strong experience with Zapier or similar multi-step automations
• Experience with lead routing and round-robin logic across segments/geographies
• Ability to design and maintain integrations across GTM tools
• SQL or similar querying language to extract and analyze data across systems

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot administration including objects, properties, lifecycle stages, workflows, permissions, and routing logic
• Design, build, and maintain Zapier/n8n automations, including multi-step workflows, error handling, and monitoring
• Work with routing and round-robin logic based on segment, geography, and SLA requirements
• Support SDR outbound workflows through system design and automation
• Maintain data hygiene across GTM systems (deduplication, enrichment, validation)
• Own and monitor integrations across GTM tools, ensuring sync reliability and fast issue resolution
• Partner closely with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and CS to translate GTM needs into scalable system solutions
