Job summary

Reco is seeking a hands-on RevOps Application Manager to own the GTM systems architecture, with Salesforce at the center. You will architect, build, troubleshoot, and continuously improve GTM automation, APIs, and integrations, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.

You will lead the technical execution of RevOps initiatives across lead management, routing, pipeline, forecasting, deal desk, and renewals, driving scalable, production-ready solutions and data quality.

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise with Salesforce Flow (complex, triggered, scheduled, subflows)
• Strong Apex proficiency (classes and triggers)
• Deep Salesforce architecture knowledge (objects, data models, sharing, security)
• Experience designing/integrating GTM apps via APIs and connectors
• Proven ability to troubleshoot Salesforce production issues
• Familiarity with GTM lifecycle (lead, routing, forecasting, renewals)
• Excellent technical documentation and stakeholder communication
• Security concepts (SSO, OAuth, secrets management)

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM Systems Architecture & health of Salesforce and GTM tech stack
• Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, Apex, triggers, validation rules, and automations
• Design scalable solutions translating RevOps strategy into technical implementations
• Develop automation to improve seller productivity and pipeline visibility
• Troubleshoot production issues; implement permanent fixes and monitoring
• Maintain data integrity and SOQL data management
• Collaborate with RevOps and cross-functional teams to propel GTM strategy
• Manage integration data flows with HubSpot, Gong, Chili Piper, Clay and others
• Oversee development lifecycle from design to deployment and post-release validation
• Document functionality and train end users for adoption
• Partner with Security/IT for compliant, secure deployments
