BlueCat is seeking a senior RevOps/SalesOps professional in the United States to own and refine GTM processes, translate strategy into concrete requirements, and drive AI-enabled workflow improvements. You will define data standards and governances, ensuring scalable, auditable outcomes across Salesforce, CPQ, and related GTM tools.

Own the process and knowledge library with clear decision rules.
Turn strategy into implementation-ready requirements for GTM systems.
