Job summary

Reco is seeking a highly technical, hands-on RevOps Application Manager to own the systems, automation, and technical infrastructure powering our GTM organization. The role centers on Salesforce as the core platform, collaborating with RevOps and cross‑functional leaders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

You will architect, build, troubleshoot, and continuously improve GTM systems, with Flow, Apex, and API integrations at the core.

Qualifications

4–7+ years hands-on Salesforce development/RevOps systems.
Advanced expertise with Salesforce Flow, including complex record-triggered flows.
Strong Apex experience and Salesforce architecture knowledge.
Experience designing and supporting API integrations and GTM apps.
Salesforce certification is required.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced GTM environment.

Responsibilities

Own the GTM Systems Architecture for Salesforce and related stack.
Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flows, Apex, objects, validation rules and automation.
Translate RevOps strategy into scalable technical solutions across the revenue lifecycle.
Automate processes to improve seller productivity and pipeline visibility.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement permanent fixes.
Integrate Salesforce with HubSpot, Gong, Chili Piper, Clay, and other apps.
Document functionality, train end users, and drive adoption.
