Air is seeking a hands-on RevOps engineer to own the GTM platforms end-to-end from Salesforce to Planhat, ensuring a scalable, audit-ready setup for multiple GTM motions. You’ll design data models, automate workflows, and own integrations that remove friction across the revenue funnel.

You will lead architecture decisions, enforce data integrity, and partner with Finance and Sales to deliver reliable forecasting and reporting as Air scales toward an S-1 readiness baseline.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, CS, Data Science, or related field — or 3–5 years of equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3–5 years building on and administering Salesforce in a fast-paced B2B SaaS/tech environment, including hands-on configuration and integration work.
• Hands-on mastery of declarative build in Salesforce (Flows, validation rules, security/sharing, page layouts, approvals).
• Proven experience building integrations between Salesforce and adjacent platforms via connectors or APIs, replacing manual processes with automated workflows.

Responsabilités

• Own and build the Go-to-Market tech stack — Salesforce (system of record), Planhat (CSP), Slack, and related sales-intelligence tools.
• Re-architect and maintain the Salesforce foundation including account hierarchy, territory management, and sales stages.
• Design scalable automation with Flows, validation rules, and approvals to reduce manual processes.
• Build and maintain integrations across the stack via connectors, middleware, or APIs.
• Lay the groundwork for QPC, booking, and deal governance to support a Deal Desk as RevOps scales.
• Maintain data hygiene routines and controlled data governance for the system of record.
• Manage sandbox environments, testing, and release management with documentation for audits.
• Partner with Analytics, Finance and Sales to translate business needs into technical designs.
