Job summary

OpenSpace is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to lead the administration and optimization of our Revenue Operations stack, with a primary focus on Salesforce. This remote role supports our global go-to-market teams and ensures Salesforce remains a clean, reliable, scalable system of record.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly collaborative, and driven to deliver operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Data Science functions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce administration in Sales or Revenue Ops.
• Experience with CPQ, Clari, Pardot and integrations.
• Salesforce Admin certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of data governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and enhance Salesforce and related GTM tools.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all key objects.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for pipeline health.
• Design and manage automation, page layouts, flows and rules.
• Partner with Sales Ops and Deal Desk for quoting and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with RevOps to scope scalable system improvements.
• Document configurations and architecture for audit readiness.
• Support territory management, user access, and compensation system updates.
• Balance daily administration with strategic RevOps initiatives.
• Support territory planning, compensation modeling, and forecasting workflows.
