Job summary

2X is seeking a RevOps Development Architect to serve as the technical backbone of the Revenue Operations practice. This senior individual contributor will own architectural vision and engineering standards for scalable, compliant GTM systems spanning CRM, MAP, and CMS platforms.

The role involves defining standards, guiding modernization discussions with clients, and steering custom development with senior engineering judgment.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years progressive experience in revenue operations, marketing technology, or GTM systems engineering.
• 3–5 years in a senior technical architect or lead developer capacity.
• Hands-on development experience with Salesforce, HubSpot; working proficiency in at least one marketing automation platform.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable GTM infrastructure across CRM, MAP, CMS, and adjacent platforms.
• Own the technical standards and development frameworks used by the RevOps practice.
• Lead custom development initiatives including complex workflow automation and bespoke integrations.
• Drive API-driven integration design across the GTM tech stack; data mapping, error handling, and monitoring.
• Define and enforce compliance, data governance, and security controls.
• Lead website build and technical execution projects (microsites, landing pages, web infrastructure).
• Govern system performance and scalability; identify debt and latency risks; architect remediation plans.
• Advise clients on GTM technology modernization strategies and roadmaps.
• Shape AI-enabled delivery within the practice and integrate agentic tools into workflows.
