Job summary

BlueCat Networks is seeking a RevOps Process Architect to design and optimize the go-to-market engine across Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success. You will define future-state processes, data standards, and AI-ready workflows, translating them into implementable requirements for the GTM Systems team.

You will own the process library, set governance for data quality, and align senior stakeholders while championing cross-functional change without direct authority.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems in a B2B SaaS company.
• Track record of designing cross-functional GTM processes that were adopted and measured.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and CPQ, and the ability to write requirements that admins and developers can build from.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Simplify, document, and standardize revenue lifecycle processes prior to automation.
• Own the process library and ensure AI tools can rely on it.
• Define data standards and governance to resolve data integrity issues across the GTM stack.
• Write business requirements and acceptance criteria for GTM tools and support UAT and rollout.
• Guide platform evolution toward simplification and cross-functional adoption.
