BlueCat in the United States seeks a RevOps Process Architect to define and optimize our go-to-market engine, preparing it for automation and AI. You will craft future-state processes, operating frameworks, and data standards across Sales, Marketing, Channel, Customer Success, Renewals, Finance, and Professional Services.

Reporting to the SVP, Revenue Operations, you will translate these into implementation-ready requirements for the GTM Systems team and drive cross-functional adoption with

Qualifikationen

• 6-10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems in a B2B SaaS company.
• Track record of designing cross-functional GTM processes that were adopted and measured.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and CPQ, and the ability to write requirements that admins and developers can build from.
• Hands-on experience applying AI or automation to GTM workflows.
• Experience with data governance and process modeling (e.g., swim-lane, BPMN, RACI).
• Familiarity with the GTM tech stack and how data moves between systems.
• Strong project and change management skills; comfortable influencing teams through change in a complex, fast-moving environment.
• Strong facilitation, documentation, and change management skills.
