Job summary

RFG Advisory is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager with a Marketing Operations lean to mature our outbound motion, scoring, and attribution while ensuring a seamless journey from first marketing touch to frontline sales.

You will own HubSpot configurations, partner with Marketing and Business Development, and translate data into actionable insights for the executive team. This role blends Ops, analytics, and AI-enabled automation in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-5 years ofexperience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Hands-on HubSpot administration across Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day HubSpot administration and configuration, ensuring data quality and governance.
• Scale and mature outbound motion, including list building, sequences, routing and activity tracking.
• Define, monitor, and improve lead scoring and attribution models to show campaign impact.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and teams.
• Leverage AI tools to speed reporting, analysis, data hygiene, and documentation.
