Copia Automation seeks a Revenue Operations Lead to architect the operational foundation for our go-to-market motion. You'll own critical processes, serve as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership, and drive governance initiatives with AI-powered workflows.

As a founding RevOps hire, you will collaborate with the executive team and AI/data science experts to design scalable solutions that accelerate revenue, improve forecasting, and enable data-driven decision making across GTM functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of RevOps, sales operations, or GTM systems engineering at a B2B software company.
• 3+ years of experience as a primary HubSpot admin.
• 3+ years of building large, complex workflows in HubSpot, Clay, or Zapier.
• 1+ years of using LLM coding agents to produce repeatable outputs.
• Ability to perform end-to-end RevOps analyses and distill insights into slides.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted advisor to Sales leadership.
• Own GTM tooling and processes: CRM, deal desk, quotes, and approvals.
• Build AI-powered workflows and dashboards for RevOps.
• Collaborate with AI and data science teams to deploy scalable solutions.
• Lead governance initiatives and provide board-ready reporting.
