Job summary

DualEntry is building the OS for finance and seeks a RevOps professional to scale our GTM engine. You will own the CRM end-to-end, design pipeline stages and automations, and build an attribution model spanning marketing and sales to guide demand investment.

You’ll lead commissions and payouts, validate results against closed-won data, and adapt plans as the team grows. Equity and relocation to NYC are part of the package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops or BizOps supporting sales at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on CRM admin experience in HubSpot or Salesforce, building pipelines and automations yourself.
• Experience with territory planning and commission structure.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the infrastructure to scale an elite GTM team: ramp and enablement, territory planning and routing design, pipeline forecasting, and the reporting that will enable key company-wide decisions
• Own the CRM end to end - pipeline architecture, stages, properties, automations and permissions
• Build and own the attribution model across marketing and sales: campaign and channel tracking, lead source hygiene, multi-touch modeling, and the analysis behind where we invest in demand gen
• Build and own commissions: payouts, validation against closed-won, statements delivered on schedule, and the plan changes that come with a growing team
