Traversal is seeking a Revenue Operations professional to own end-to-end GTM analytics, forecasting, and process design. You will work across sales, marketing, finance, and leadership to scale the revenue engine.

You will build dashboards, models, and territory plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-backed decisions and optimize compensation and performance. A hybrid, fast-paced startup environment awaits.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations or related analytics role, preferably B2B SaaS.
• Deep Salesforce administration, automation, and reporting expertise.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling with forecast/capacity/compensation focus.
• Ability to work independently across ambiguous cross-functional problems.
• Excellent written and spoken communication for senior leadership.
• Experience with a modern GTM stack (Salesforce + tools like Clay, Clari, Gong, Apollo).

Aufgaben

• Administer and improve Salesforce objects, automation, and data quality in partnership with GTM tools.
• Own integration health across tools and resolve issues affecting pipeline/forecast accuracy.
• Maintain and enhance reporting infrastructure and dashboards for sales leadership and executives.
• Build and maintain pipeline and forecast models, capacity plans, and performance dashboards.
• Partner with leadership to prepare board and leadership pipeline/forecast materials.
• Analyze funnel and rep performance data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop analytics powering GTM decisions and territory/segment analyses.
• Support go-to-market planning: territory design, segmentation, and headcount modeling.
• Design coverage models and feed insights into GTM plans.
• Set KPIs and measurement standards for regional pipeline, win/loss, and rep productivity.
• Assist with compensation plan design and compliance with wage laws.
• Leverage AI tools to automate recurring analyses and reporting.
